Putrajaya, Malaysia Engage People Sdn Bhd Full time

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, payment transactions and balance sheet.
- Handle the processing of invoices, claims and accurate payments to clients, staff, director and supplier.
- Prepare fee structure yearly or as requested by clients.
- Manage outstanding payments record and liaise with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Prepare agreement or contract for new student admission.
- Support internal or external audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing requested financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and other financial summaries as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department which may include organizing documents, filing and others task as needed.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Putrajaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
