- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_

We are seeking a friendly, curious, and passionate **Supply Chain Ops Officer** to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will enter our famous ‘**Barista Academy’** from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

In this role, you will:

- Responsible for raw materials planning and ordering
- Maintain updated and accurate records of suppliers, agreements, and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Manage transportation logistics, including route planning, outsource & in-source management, and cost optimization (optimize distribution routes and minimize transportation costs)
- Ensure on-time delivery and stock receiving accuracy of products
- Collaborate with Quality Control team to ensure products meet the required standards
- Optimise warehouse layout and Organization for space utilization and ease of access
- Plan and forecast the suitable volume of raw materials, inventory items, replenishment
- Analyze market demand and trends to make accurate forecasts
- Work closely with the Supervisor to ensure that the procurement of goods and

services are compliant and fair
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other partners
- Perform any other related duties that may be given by the immediate Supervisor

- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Procurement/Supply Chain Management or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in relevant field preferably in F&B industry (knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards).
- Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Good communication skills and coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
