**Data Entry**: Accurate and efficient data entry into various computer systems and databases.
- **Documentation**: Managing, organizing, and maintaining office documents, records, and files.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- **Office Supplies**: Managing office supplies, ensuring availability, and placing orders when necessary.
- **Support**: Providing general administrative support to colleagues and management.

Requirement:

- Preferably with multiple language command.
- Possess own transport and able to travel to office at Shamelin, Cheras.
- At least 2 years working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under mínimal supervision and pressure.
- A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.
- Meticulous attention to details with strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
