**Job Scope**:

- Data entry, data processing, file management.
- Follow up client inquires, upkeep client relationship management database (CRM)
- Send broadcast and messages to client.
- Assist in editing learning and teaching materials.
- Provide support to students for account creation and course enrolment.
- Perform other ad hoc clerk tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Able to read and type Chinese.
- Familiar with Office 365 and Google workspace tools including Excel, Word, shared drive, and folder management.
- Experienced in video editing and AI voice generation is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
