**JOB SCOPE**
- General admin and customer support
- Perform basic administrative work such as filling, data entry, prepare documentation, event management.
- Perform customer service task such as handle order, customer complaints and packing order.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform market research on industry news and trends, competition and other related activities.
- To perform ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to use PC
- Multitasking and independent person
- Good communication skills
- English/Bahasa Malaysia
