**Job Scope**:
As a Project Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth recruitment operations and administrative support across the team. Your responsibilities include:
- Recruitment Support
- Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Expertise & Client Enablement
- Post job ads across job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (Zoom/phone/face-to-face).
- Executive & Director Support
- Schedule and send Zoom meetings for the Director and clients.
- Remind the Director of upcoming meetings in advance.
- Once a month, follow up with the Director to obtain the necessary information and update it on the BNI platform.
- Client Success Team Support
- Assist in drafting Talent CVs for client submissions.
- Provide administrative support during peak hiring seasons (e.g., preparing documents, follow-ups, reporting).
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Detail-minded, well-organized, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online tools (Zoom, job portals).
- Reliable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
