1. Assist the company in the day-to day administrative and sales duties. 2. Liaise with customer with regards to all site matters with proper documentation. 3. To provide good customer service support to customers 4. Follow up project tender and ongoing project 5. Issue Quotation 6. Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site. 7. Coordinate with customer with schedule the delivery of products. 8. Inspect and verify goods also records for company stock balance. 9. process incoming n outbound goods assist in packing. 10. Responsible for providing information for shipping documents and compounding packing list. 11. Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work. 12. Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action. 13.
