**SCOPE**
- To define the qualification, skills and ability, experience and personal quality to perform the job.

**ROLE PURPOSE**
- The role of the Senior Executive will be to she/he operates in the department efficiently and effectively and meeting all the necessary goals and objectives set for it.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible for processing sales orders into ERP system with information
accuracy and timeliness.

2. Weekly update and prepare delivery schedule to team. Liaising with the Planning
department and ensuring delivery of the orders to customers on time.

3. Ensure customers RFQ submit on time to mee the drop date.

4. Response to customer complaints / other matters and inform customer if any
unforeseen delays or problems.

5. Ensure new product launch on time - Understand on initial ship load date and
volume to work out the final drop date for production starts and provide this
information to engineer to plot out the project timeline.

6. Understand on the product / product spec and regulatory compliance. - Develop
the correct material, colorant and packaging materials to use.

7. Ensure packaging development on time - Understand and develop the packaging
based on spec requirement and work with purchasing team to provide the correct
packaging material, structure, printing and finishing for customer’s approval.

8. Provide accurate Packaging BOM for distribution for planning purposes and
distribute it timely to engineering team to work on PPAP package.

9. Assist in export shipment coordination. - Follow up shipment delivery status and
update customer accordingly to ensure meet customer’s requirement on
requested shipment schedule or special request.

10. Ensure customer’s payments are made on a timely basis. - To work closely with
finance team in outstanding payment follow up.

11. Ensure customers satisfy on the services level. - To response customer enquiries
with clear & accurate information in timely manner.

12. Support Senior Sales manager with general administrative operations and carry
out any other tasks assigned by the superior.

**QUALIFICATION**
- At least SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 1-year related working experience
- Able to communicate in Mandarin / English / Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferable Mandarin speaker and writing.

**SKILLS**
- Knowledge of ERP Monitor system would be advantageous
- Time management - Ability to prioritize tasks on a regular basis, with mínimal to no supervision and meet the deadline provided.
- Ability to be able to build relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, trustworthy and builds confidence
- Strong negotiation skills
- Related Plastic knowledge & technology

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
