A leading global MNC in heavy duty manufacturing industry is seeking a hands-on **Payroll Specialist**.

**As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in**:
To ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll within the Malaysia entity. This person plays a vital role in maintaining payroll integrity, adhering to regulatory requirements, and supporting compensation and benefits pillar.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any Business field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing field.
- Meticulously manages attendance records, full cycle of payroll processing, and statutory compliance, including taxes and contributions.
- Strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, sensitive to numbers,
- Strong regulatory knowledge (e.g. labour acts)
- Familiar with any HRIS System preferably SAP payroll system

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
