**POSITION: FINANCE ASSISTANT**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting function

2. Ensure all petty cash claim with completeness of documentation before payout

3. Take responsibilities for general administrative duties

4. To ensure the accuracy of inventory by conducting stock count activity on monthly basis

5. Prepare stock valuation report with finding

6. Monthly inventory count

7. Dealing with the invoices / payment received / refund are knock-off and clear in accounting system

8. Able to perform any other assignments related to duties as and when required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Dedicated and meticulous in work
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Can start work immediately

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
