Application Support Analyst

**Job Purpose**
- May install new software and troubleshoot any problems related to performance of computer systems.
- Expected to provide support 24/7 to users on HIS/EMR system modules, data interfaces and hospital departments’ workflows.

**Core Duties**
- To be involved in planning projects, monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports.
- In charge of ICT projects implementation to meet the project targets, project budget and quality objectives.
- To be involved in the ICT HIS system implementation, providing operations support to ensure business as Usual.
- Coordinate multiple parties to ensure effective and efficient ICT services and support i.e internal departments, Sunway Group, vendors and consultants.
- Ensure prompt response to reported problems so that resolution is within acceptable timeframe to users through ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in end user management, and exposure to business requirements gathering, analysis, process engineering and documentation (healthcare experience preferred).
- Experience in hospital and clinical systems (if any).
- Experience in project management methodologies, project lifecycles (software development) and reporting tools, from conception to delivery, if any.
- Any computer programming languages.
- Knowledge in ICT Project Management, Software development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Application Designs.
- Knowledge in infrastructure landscape including servers, networking, security and monitoring, if any
- Technical knowledge to translate system functionality to business and operational requirement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Ms Project.
