**HSE Executive**
- **Job Description**_
- **Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES**_
- **Responsibilities**_
- Demonstrate active involvement and promotion of company policies, safety programmes and initiatives.
- Development on Plant Entry Summary & Traceability System, in terms of HSE & Security Requirements.
- Regularly attend morning project meetings to highlight HSSE issues.
- Inspecting subcontractors' work to ensure it adheres to the Act and the accompanying regulations.
- Provide training and awareness in terms of safety, health and environmental guidance to project management and workforce.
- Liaise and report on safety, health and environmental issues on a regular basis with the Management Team.
- Develop safety meeting agendas and presentation of HSSE statistics and safety alerts.
- Support the Project Team with the incident investigation and reporting process ensuring the quality of the investigation and report.
- Monthly update on HSE Performance Statistics/Data, including lagging indicators.
- To handle Non-Compliance Report and ensure adherence to site safety regulations.
- Must Possess Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering field
- Possess SSS or SHO certification.
- Possess good communication skills.
- At least 2 years’ Experience handling TA/Shutdown in oil and gas plant.
- Able to interpret the project Health Safety, Security & Environmental plan and implement the program.
- Passionate and possess initiatives to solve site issues and able to work as a team.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable industry codes, policies, standards and best practices.
- Possess own transport and accommodation.

**Education**: Diploma / Degree in HSE or any related field

**Expected Start Date**: 1st May 2024

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Saturday & Sunday as required

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
