- Key in purchase invoices and allocation of expenses to cost centers accordingly.
Handling full set of accounts.
- Liaise with different department for accounting related report, auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
- Maintain proper filling on all financial and administrative documents
Handling petty cash and bank.
- Ensure all transaction are properly recorded on timely manner and precisely.
- Provide 2 basic level assistants clerk to help on debtors and creditors accounts.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and schedules when required.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required by the superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in import & trading industry would be an added advantage for this position.
- Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage for this position.
- Meticulous in figure.
- Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadline.
- Full time position - Based in Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa II, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
