Coordinate and ensure timely availability of all promotional and marketing materials.
- Manage internal and external communication activities as needed, including planning and executing internal/external events.
- Collaborate with agencies for all ES commercial and marketing activities, ensuring timely completion of all related tasks.
- Compile summaries of commercial and marketing reports and memos. Assist in coordinating purchasing and payment processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as PCOs, Associations, and Distributors to organize events.
- Collaborate with the Segment Manager to consolidate the yearly commercial plan.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proactive mindset, team-oriented, high level of energy, mature, and goal-oriented.
