Assistant Maintenance Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to lead the operations team and assist the Manager in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities on all electrical wiring and systems.
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Checking electrical and systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
- Prepare monthly update and report for the management.
- Ensure any power trip / complaint being handled properly.
- Advise the management on maintenance issue in terms of cost and proper check.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Have sound knowledge in building maintenance, mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations and maintenance, technical services, or construction works.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in leading a team or people management.
- Able to support facilities operation and maintenance after office hours when needed.
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
