Create new and exciting menu items in accordance with current trends using company's products.
- Develop new ideation and recipe around product focus. (festive season)
- Able to create and improvise ideation to suit customers’ requirement in terms of presentation, taste profile, ease of production in terms of presentation & cost effectiveness.
- Able to test new products frequently to propose new solutions.
- Confident, strong presentation skill on technical training to sales force and customers if require.
- Willingness to travel outstation and work in any station of the kitchen when necessary.
- Organize roadshow and demonstration across nation wide to win customers over.
- Product knowledge-has in-depth understanding of product functionality, match with customer needs and able to contribution to innovation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may assign by the management from time to time as when necessary.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Bakery/Pastry.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.
- Responsible, committed and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of creativity and ability to keep up with current trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
