**Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Processing**:

- Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify order details, including product, pricing, discounts, terms, and delivery requirements.
- Enter orders into the order management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, such as pricing discrepancies, availability, or credit holds.

**2. Order Coordination and Tracking**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, inventory, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order flow.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address order changes, cancellations, and updates.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, changes, or issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and provide resolution
- or escalate as necessary.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or any other relevant information.
- Strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.

**4. Inventory Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on stocklist, inventory levels, stock movements.
