POSITION: INBOUND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work Location : Alor Setar, Kedah
Training Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days : 5 days per week
Working Hourse: 8.00 AM -12.00 PM (Rotational shift)
Intake : Immediately
Range Salary : RM1,800 - RM 2,100
Benefits: Allowance + Medical Insurance
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM (Fresh Graduate an encourage to Apply)
- Able to speak in Bahasa & English
(Origin from Kedah or Able to speak and understand Kedah dialect is advantage)
- Able to start Immediately
- Willing to training at KL for 6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To answers inbound calls from customer.
- To assist customers to solve he problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting
- To identify customers technical, billing and product issues.
