**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the digital platform/marketplace.
- Liaise with internal/external parties to ensure product listings are well displayed.
- Perform data cleaning, data mapping and data integration from sellers' system
- Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Develop promotional strategies tailored to the eCommerce marketplace.
- To ensure excellent customer experiences specific to the eCommerce environment.
- Manage relationships with marketplace sellers and negotiate contracts and terms.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations
- Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels.
- Develop and manage marketplace budgets and goals.
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to senior management, highlighting eCommerce-specific metrics.
- Coordinate with tech team and sellers to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms.
- Manage any escalations related to technical features improvement, marketplace operations, focusing on effective eCommerce issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field
- Self-starter, independent and agile, flexible
- Reliable and responsible
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien (will be an added advantage)
- Previous work experience as assistant manager/manager, hands-on experience with e-commerce operations, digital platform, technologies, platforms, and tools. Able to comprehend both functional and technical requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Ms Excel skills is a must
- Must be able to multitask.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
