Assist in managing daily security activities and maintain high-quality service standards for clients.
- Oversee security staff performance and ensure proper deployment according to client requirements.
- Hire guards to meet staffing needs, train them on duties and SOPs, and ensure they are fit for duty.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and maintain functional security equipment.
- Ensure site compliance with internal and external security audits.
- Respond to emergencies, investigate and prepare incident reports.
- Assist in guard issues such as medical check-ups registration, accompany guards to hospitals and permit renewal process.
- To supervise the Security Team and to plan, organize and report on daily duties and routine to protect the client and company properties.
- Attend management meetings with Safety Officer and building managers.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job requirements**:

- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 1 year of working experience in security company
- At least 1 year experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)
- Willing to work and travel at sites on daily basis
