- Manage budgets and campaigns for efficient cost per user retained.
- Create a user retention tracking framework.

- Identify and test new performance marketing channels and campaign types.

**JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Qualification**:_
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum 3 years in F&B/retail/event management/advertising.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:_
- Experience in user purchasing journey, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Understanding of retention and loyalty marketing landscape.
- Strong command of English, additional language is a bonus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
