Assistant Manager, Retention Growth Marketing

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Part 1 - Primary Roles**:_
- Develop, manage, and execute channels for user retention.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for retention.
- Use customer data for segmentation and personalized marketing.
- Manage and optimize loyalty programs, collaborating with the tech team.
- Analyze user data for insights and trends, focusing on purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, collaborating with customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- **Part 2 - Secondary Roles**:_
- Manage budgets and campaigns for efficient cost per user retained.
- Create a user retention tracking framework.
- Analyze and report on retention campaigns based on performance analytics.
- Develop tracking solutions for performance initiatives.
- Ensure successful planning and execution across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Identify and test new performance marketing channels and campaign types.
- Work closely with management to share conversion improvement ideas.
- Track, report, and analyze user retention activities.
- Evaluate customer purchase behavior and provide insights for enhancements.
- Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations for campaign performance reports.
**JOB AUTHORITIES**:
- Utilize retention channel budgets effectively.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Liaise with service suppliers and stakeholders on retention marketing matters.
**JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Qualification**:_
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum 3 years in F&B/retail/event management/advertising.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:_
- Experience in user purchasing journey, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Understanding of retention and loyalty marketing landscape.
- Strong command of English, additional language is a bonus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
