**About Toll Group**

**Job Description**:

- Lead in country engagement for CW1 deployments and lead additional deployments in new countries, supplement existing CW1 knowledge by proactively understanding upcoming features and benefits and share knowledge and proactively upskill offshore support providers with specialist module knowledge.
- Investigate and analyse deviations to agreed support service levels with offshore providers and provide a level of customer service focus and responsiveness to ensure delivery as per service level agreements.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for support and business processes to increase operational efficiency and undertake proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis implementing preventative measures as appropriate.
- Work closely with the onshore and offshore support and business process improvement teams within Toll IT and develop functional specifications for enhancements / changes.

Location: MY Penang 114 & 114A Pesara Kampung Jawa Phase II Bayan Lepas Industrial Estate

Qualification:

- Minimum of Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / IT background would be a plus
- Good understanding in CW1 and having IT experience would be an added advantage
- Good communication and probem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
