Executive Integrity

To assist and support the Integrity function in managing the growing needs of the Legal Requirements pertaining to Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption matters. The job holder is also to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Integrity function of Duopharma Biotech Berhad and the key liaison personnel on the Implementation and Review of ISO37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System).
**ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System)**
- Assist in formulating, setting up and implementing the ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) related framework, Integrity and Anti-Corruption related policies and procedures and the Company’s Code of Conduct.
- Assist in conducting adequate procedure gap assessment, identify gaps & mitigation, assess readiness and effectiveness of anti-bribery anti-corruption controls.
- Assist in developing and establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in relation to integrity and governance.
- Required coordination and administration including documentation, process flows and training for ABMS ISO 37001 certification.
- Support and ensure completion of compliance reviews to ensure that the organisation complies with regulatory requirements, standards and best practices and internal policies/procedures.
- Coordinate, supervise, monitor and evaluate the organizations integrity and governance programs implementation and effectiveness.
**Integrity Related Program (Based on the Organisational Integrity & Anti-Corruption Plan)**
- Work closely with the Group Human Resource on development and implementation of training and induction program for all employees in order to cultivate Ethics and Integrity as the culture of the Organisation.
- Implementing and coordination the integrity awareness and training programs such as integrity talks and forums, Integrity Day, Integrity Corner, e-integrity portal, including Integrity policies.
- Preparing surveys to monitor the effectiveness of the integrity campaigns, programs and events.
- To assist in the establishment of the Organisational Integrity & Anti-Corruption Plan and subsequently monitor the plan accordingly.
**Corruption Risk Management**
- Assisting in the review of procedures on areas relating to integrity, ethics and anti-corruption to address the identified Corruption risk.
- Support development and implementation of risk-based compliance monitoring programs to monitor, track and detect status of mitigation actions, and to prepare periodical report on the compliance & integrity issues and status.
- Work, support and collaborate with Risk Management Department to identify key corruption risks and agree on key risk mitigations with process owners across the Organisation.
**Reporting**
- Coordinate and prepare periodic compliance and integrity reports / updates to the relevant management committees, board committees and other stakeholders
**Customer Relation Management**
- Maintain effective working relationships with the Management and adapt their behaviour appropriately when dealing with different clients and staff grades.
**Department Administrator**
- Overseeing Department’s Correspondence
- Overseeing issuance of reports
- Overseeing submission of training requests and subsequent monitoring
- Preparing Department’s internal status reports
- Tracking staff attendance/absenteeism
**Job Requirements**:
- University Degree or Diploma
- At least 2 year working experience preferably in Governance, Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit function
- Strong working knowledge of data analytics and computer designing
- Independent thinking, strong organization and planning abilities, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
