Facility Manager

**Job Purpose**
Responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities managers are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They also manage any building maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning, to maintain the working environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring cost-effectiveness of procurement processes with excellent negotiation skills with vendors
- Asset management and inventory management
- Space management through detailed utilization studies
- Contract management
- Energy management/ reduction initiatives across facility as well as utilities management
- Understand Government Law which related to Building Facility managements requirement
- Ability to prepare and control budget.
- Ability to handle a big group of Technician with various trade and location
- Solid background in overseeing Facilities roles as well as Administrative functions, with technical background preferred (not essential)
**Requirements**:
- Possessed **Chargeman B0** certificate is an advantage
- Experience in Construction or M&E or Building Facility maintenance and management
- Working experience minimum 5 years. (Retail experience is an advantage)
- Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities) or equivalent.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
