Join Brand Brew, a rapidly expanding performance marketing agency headquartered in Singapore. We're on the lookout for a talented performance marketing specialist to join our team.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our diverse client base spanning various industries. This is a remote position, offering you work-from-home flexibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan multimedia advertising campaigns based on clients' objectives & budgets.
- Activate media campaigns as per approved media plans.
- Implement tracking integrations as needed, and provide campaign ad copies.
- Effectively manage creative teams to deliver creative assets where required.
- Conduct day-to-day implementations & optimizations of campaigns.
- Generate performance reports to offer actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives.
- Manage project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within SLAs.
- Participate in media strategy and planning for project pitches.
- Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients, and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of performance marketing experience.
- Proficiency in ad ops to plan and execute media campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display channels.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and project management skills to engage project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data efficiently and effectively.
- Self-organized and independent, capable of managing end-to-end projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve skills to grow with the organization.
- Prior experience in media agencies, e-commerce, or account management roles is preferred.
