Overall in-charge of the Quality Assurance Department.
- Attend customers’ feedback/complaint and reply countermeasures promptly.
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Quality Assurance Department.
- Liaise with other departments of the Company to ensure that overall objectives of the Company are meet.
- Take charge of daily functional of the department.
- Control of all inspections, measuring and test equipment in the Company.

HYPER-REGION was founded in 1998 with core activities in manufacturing of high quality labels. We started with a humble beginning by 5 men strong in a semi-detached factory and two units of labels printing machines.

We leverage on technology excellences which enable to offer our customers a fuller spectrum of printing services. This had helped us to experience rapid growth which led us to increase our manpower to more than a hundred currently and with additional two units of factory. We also took hold of such opportunity to diversify our business activities into silkscreen and offset printing in early 2000's.

Our continuous improvement and constant endeavor have driven us to attain customer's satisfaction across the entire organization. As a result, we were issued ISO 9001 certification in year 2004. In year 2010 we achieved our ISO 14001 certification.
