- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Hands on in creating multimedia design works, as well as **video shooting, video production** and editing photos/ audio/ video whenever needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers, creative content creators and web developers, to align multimedia designs with overall campaign objectives.
- Develop and implement multimedia creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative multimedia solutions into our campaigns.
- Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and priorities to ensure optimal team performance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their multimedia design needs and translate them into effective and visually appealing solutions.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
- To conduct research and have strong market awareness and understanding.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Must be able to handle video shooting independently (commercial video content planning & strategy, operating DSLR/ mirrorless camera equipment and production).**:

- Experience in creating strong and engaging content.
- Experience in video shooting and small/casual production will be added advantages.
- Proficient in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effect
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Good communication as well as written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask and be proactive.
