Job Title: Deputy Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Position Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee the operations and technology development led by the tech team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and architecture of innovative blockchain solutions, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- Provide guidance and direction to technical teams on best practices, standards, and methodologies for software development and engineering.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the tech team.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and lead efforts to address technical challenges and obstacles.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance.
- Develop and mentor team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven organization, preferably in the blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to driving innovation and excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
