Sustainability Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of measuring, drafting and implementing sustainability efforts and indicators to monitor the company's ESG rating, benchmark the company’s performance against its peers and identify and recommend improvement.
- In charge of preparation of communication materials for staff regarding the company’s sustainability goals.
- Monitoring the corporation’s sustainability performance and GHG emission.
- In charge of preparation of the annual Sustainability Report.
- Performs ad hoc audit and investigations on the process and areas of concerns as and when required.
- Develop and deliver ESG training and awareness sessions to internal teams.
- Collaborates with other departments to plan, direct, and coordinate ESG programs and project.
- Conduct research on latest science-based sustainability methodology including on green technology, climate change issues and solutions.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, climate change, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability management or ESG advisory role.
- Strong understanding of ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, possess high English proficiency.
- Passionate about sustainability, ESG, and emerging technologies.
- Organized, meticulous, good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and excel under tight deadlines.
