Front Desk Manager

Supervise and train service crew members.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to the service crew.
- Ensure that the dining area is well-maintained and set up correctly.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and difficult situations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
**Requirements**:
- Applicable to all level of educations.
- At least 2 year of experience in related field
Immediately start would be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
