**Position Overview**:

**Greeting and Welcoming**:
Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Provide assistance and direction to guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients or visitors.
Coordinate with staff to ensure meeting rooms and resources are available as needed.

**Customer Service**:
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the organization's products, services, or procedures.
Address and resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

**Administrative Support**:
Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence.

**Mail and Courier Management**:
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Arrange for courier services as necessary.

**Security and Access Control**:
Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate records.

**Maintaining Reception Area**:
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Ensure magazines, brochures, and informational material are stocked and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly
