**Job Descriptions**:

- Study of pre-contract procedure / tender document condition & requirement.
- Review of tender drawing vs. Bill of Quantities.
- Taking off qualities from drawing if require to check accuracy quantity between Bill of Quantities.
- To costing for unit rate to built-up project cost base on material / element of work using current market rate.
- Study / refresh the Condition of Contract of tender project.
- Follow up with project team to get existing material, labour, plant etc. market rate.
- To conduct with sub-contractors / suppliers for enquiry support.
- Monitor status of sub-contractors (arrange meeting / discussion with sub-contractor when necessary.
- Comparison quotation provided from sub-contractors / supplier in price, term & condition.
- To arrange hardcopy filing work for all pre and post contracts at identify filling station / racks.
- To conduct EDMS training to internship to file /save relevant files in the EDMS system for future records.
- To understand office working environment & functional of each member for part of team work in same project.
- During end of internship period, the Intern require to provide her final assessment report / finding and approved by superior / MEB HR.
- Any other tasks/assignment assigned by your supervisor/any other designated person as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be currently persuing Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Preferable academic background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- A hardworking, resourceful, independent, multi-tasker, team player and willing to learn.
- Working days Mon to Fri from 8a.m. to 5.30p.m.
- Willing to be based at Klang, Selangor

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
