Requirements:
- Proactively reaching out to customers to check in on their experience with our products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Handle all enquiries, problems or issues from customers by providing appropriate solutions, feedback and alternatives in timely manner.
- Maintain and record data, together handle ad hoc assignments as required.
- Providing feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends to provide the best customer experience possible
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Requirement**:
- Cert/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- 1-3 years working experience in similar position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English and Malay language (written and spoken).
- Responsible, positive work attitude, confident, self-motivated and well organized.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to change management
- Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of customer success and sales tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
