- Prepare quotation & purchase order to customer & suppliers
- Find supplier, follow up with suppliers & update stock to customers
- Prepare all document tender (full set)
- Register company with MOF, CIDB, suppliers & customer
- Prepare all letter & minute meeting
- Answering phone call
- Update company profile
- Register school for CRT claim
- Perform others ad hoc duties

**5 working days (Mon-Fri) (8.30 am - 6.00 pm)

- Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Non-Executive- Experience Level- < 1 year- Job Categories- Admin/Data Entry- Minimum Education Required- minimum SPM/ Diploma - Productive, punctual, can work as a team, willing to learn - Computer literacy - Knowledge in Apple device/product & has experienced in preparing tender will be advantage- Language Required- Bahasa Malaysia, English- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- None**Salary & Other benefits**
- Salary**RM 1,500 to RM 1,600 per month**
