Project Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
1**. Project Planning and Organization**:
a. Assist the project manager in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
b. Coordinate and manage project meetings, including setting agendas, distributing meeting materials, and tracking action items.
c. Maintain project documentation, including minutes, reports, and other relevant materials.
**2. Budget and Financial Management**:
a. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenditures.
b. Prepare and submit expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation as required if any.
c. Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
**3. Resource Management**:
a. Assist in the allocation and management of human and material resources.
b. Maintain up-to-date records of resource availability and usage.
c. Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
4. **Communication and Collaboration**:
a. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
b. Draft and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
c. Maintain regular communication with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth project execution if any.
**5. Risk Management and Quality Assurance**:
a. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
b. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and performance metrics.
c. Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions when needed.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
