Bukit Jalil, Malaysia Green Lagoon Technology Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilties**:

- 1. Create and update finance records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information.
- 2. Develop and maintain a proper filing system.
- 3. Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
- 4. Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts task.
- 5. Prepare and process payments to vendors
- 6. Process supplier and contractor invoices.
- 7. Update internal systems with financial data.
- 8. Check on monthly staff expenses claim and petty cash reimbursement claims.
- 9. Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies if any.
- 10. Any other ad hoc assignment.

**Requirement**:

- 1. Min SPM or Diploma in Accounting with 1 year working experience.
- 2. Previous experience in an accounting role or internship is preferred.
- 3. Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount) and MS office.
- 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Working Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
