Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission.

**The Core Job**:

- Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance in the e-commerce industry.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth within the platform.
- Perform data analysis using tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to support the implementation of e-commerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online experience.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the e-commerce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.

**; Requirements: - Education/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices is a plus
