**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage client appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, providing information on services, packages, and promotions.
Coordinate with therapists and other staff members to optimize operations and improve client satisfaction.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including updating client records, processing payments, and maintaining inventory.
Oversee spa supplies and place orders when required.
Assist in the marketing and promotion of spa services.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on spa operations and revenue.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably in the spa, beauty, or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the spa and beauty industry is a plus.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
