JOBS DESRIPTION

1. Preparing of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), follow up and liase with solicitors / end financiers / purchasers on SPA and loan documentation matters

2. Follow up on differential sum payable and loan release within a stipulated time frame

3. Upload all necessary documents in Property Management System

4. Prepare and compile weekly reports for management review

5. To ensure all Sales Admin functions are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Standard of Procedures (SOP) and in compliance to the Housing Development Act

6. Participate in sales preview, product launches and other related event

7. Respond positively and professionally to customers queries from time to time and

8. Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when required

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. Experience in property or real estate industry will be added advantage

3. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

4. Motivated, committed with excelled interpersonal and communication skills

5. Result oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently and

6. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
