**WAREHOUSE ADMIN ASSISTANT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling warehouse documentation such as Goods Received Note, Transfer Note, Returned Note & etc.
- Administer the booking in and out process, control paper work and input details in system.
- Control and update the stock sheets.
- Managing office supplies / stationeries in support to operation requirement
- Manage and file all warehouse paperwork.
- Handling driver schedule
- Assisting in warehouse stock count
- Additional duties will include generating reports, cross checking information and general administration duties.
- Any ad-hoc job-related assignment and tasks

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeracy skills.
- Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work experience in warehouse administration is an advantage.
- Have transport and driving license is an advantage.
