This position manages the daily order processing, prepare reports and coordinates pick-ups and deliveries with transporters and consignees.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare documents (ie invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
- Make inventory comparisons between SAP & external warehouses

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with 2 to 5 years’ experience in private sector logistic related
- Basic understanding of Transportation and Warehouse Management
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Minimum Diploma / Degree or certificate in business study or equivalent
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Experience in computer software including the Warehouse System & Excel

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
