**Administration**
- Responsible in monitoring the company property such as company car, handphone, laptop and etc.
- Responsible for office maintenance issues such as telephone, printers, toilets, office building including cleanliness of office and etc.
- Responsible for matters related to company hostels such as rental, tenancy renewal and etc.
- Responsible for company vehicle maintenance and arrangement for Puspakom inspection.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, utilities, stationery, and pantry supply.
- Responsible for Staff GPA & GHS Insurance matters.
- To handle all the administrative task effectively.
- To organize employee engagement activities / events (e.g.: team building, birthday celebration, annual dinner).
- Manage day-to-day general office administration & office condition upkeep.
- Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by Management.

**Human Resource**
- Assist in checking staff attendance, overtime and expense claim
- Assist with segregating and document.

**Training & Development**
- Arrange for training (Public training/In house Training)
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Organize and coordinate training courses in accordance to the yearly training plan.
