Receive and process sales orders
- Prepare invoices and handle ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, return, etc.
- Ensure invoices, credit notes and debit notes are issued on a timely basis.
- Handle delivery and liaise with production, logistic and warehouse department
- Resolve customer issues and complaint
- Maintain an efficient document filing system
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a diploma in any related
- Possess at least 2 years of experience as sales admin / clerk or related position
- Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
