**Salary**:

- To work alongside CEO to drive the commercial objectives and also to ensure the business ROI are met
- To ensure the commercial team and operations team are aligned with the business objectives to ensure successful deliverables and consistencies in maintaining the services
- To work closely with the Technology Head and team members to ensure technology supports the commercial and operations and vice versa.
- To be the Point of Contact for new projects/businesses and responsible for the business case justifications for the purpose of new revenue or incremental revenue for the company.
- End to end management of projects that covers project scoping, objectives and deliverables which covers timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. He or she will need to manage project kick-off meetings to communicate project goals and expectations. The need to manage cross
- functional project teams (direct and indirect) and lastly to ensure the deliverables are met on timely manner as planned. Possibility to be a caretaker of projects/ businesses until it stabilizes prior to handover to the owner.
- To work closely with Finance to ensure the company’s financial performance are aligned with the group financial objectives
- To work closely with Talent Management to ensure the employees are well equipped with the right training and skills based on the strategic objectives of the company in delivering revenue

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Proven experience in strategic management roles. At least 5-8 years working experience
- Understand fintech commercial and business modelling
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business management and related fields. MBAs are welcomed.**English Level**:
