Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
- ensure that all payment are tracked and regularly check for any discrepancies in payment received
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Banking, equivalents
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive
- Experience in AutoCount would be added advantage
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Willing to learn and committed to work
