Accountant Executive

Handle full set of accounts & generate relevant accounts.
- Controlling and monitoring of record, file and maintain financial records, verified and post transaction to journals, ledgers and other records.
- Leading and coordinate the Month end closing and ensuring the preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement by capturing all transactions related to Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenses.
- Monitoring and ensuring all reconciliations including Banks, Related Party, Debtors and Creditors and uploading requisite financial information to Accounting Software.
- To perform basic bookkeeping & account entries for general, accounts receivable and payable.
- Banking Transactions: Co-ordinate all transaction related to banks, maintain cash flow on daily basis and prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Ensuring cash flows is healthy and has adequate liquidity.
- Accounts Receivable: To overseeing Accounts Receivable function.
- Updating of Accounts Payable, ensuring all invoices has been taken into accounts and payments of invoices are properly supported.
- To prepare statements and ensuring payments received.
- Preparations of payments to creditors.
- Control and monitoring debt collection process and ageing status.
- Prepare cheque and payment voucher.
- Record and checking monthly expenses claims.
- Closely monitoring, updating, verify for sales in accounting software (MYOB)
- Familiar with system UBS (optional)
- Prepared supporting schedules to the account auditor and monthly report to the board of director.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- CPA (required)
