Job Summary
In charge of commercial clients. Job responsibilities in all administrative work includes:
- File uploading
- Client invoicing
- Updating payment activities
- Preparing status report for clients
- Client liaising
- Maintain an efficient control system of filing, record keeping, communication and correspondence.
- Coordinate and provide support to Commercial Department
- Follow up commercial receivables
- Assisting business development department on ad-hoc basis.
- Carry out all other tasks as assigned to by managers
- Handling of all skip tracing information
- Register and filing of all commercial documents
- General Admin and Account duties.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
