To assist in working with product/ marketing team on sales arrangement.
- To coordinate with Warehouse / transportation / logistic and outsource services arrangement and availability.
- To make planning for inland deliveries on weekly basis and booking with transporter.
- To coordinate with UPC Fleet for inland delivery schedule for fully utilize UPC trucks.
- To update weekly all the loading schedule (tanker, Bulk and Drum) and update details to all related party such as warehouse and transporter.
- Dealing with transporter for any issue occur and make the investigation report.
- To generate all information and transition in ERP system. Update master list for tracking and monitoring and make filling and others related work.
- To monitor inventory of packaging materials such as empty drum, seal truck, labeling, cap seal and IBC (for sales), submit PR when stock level is low.
- Make drumming planning for all product to fulfill export and inland order. It need to match with packaging material, products and warehouse drumming availability.
- To prepare all local and import required documents, and submit to relevant parties.
- To compare the best cost for logistic arrangement.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties which related to products delivery and raw materials arrangement.
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time-to-time.
- Update tracking for drumming, follow up and plan for support drumming sales.
- Monitor and track for samples request by customers.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
