**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and follow up closely with sales lead/ potential clients.
- Responsible for client sales contract and agreement preparation and documentation, including update account status.
- Responsible for managing the GM's calendar by scheduling sales appointments, meetings, and engagements.
- Coordinate and collect reports, proposals, and presentation materials for the GM.
- Conduct market research and provide information to the GM as requested.
- Attend any special assignment and ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good command of written & spoken in English.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Good problem solving skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- **Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
