**Personal Assistant**

The following is job description for the above designation, but not limited to the following:

- To complete a board variety of administrative tasks for the Director including, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence that is confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related.
- Well planning and co-ordinate the diary for the Director including organization of all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements.
- To arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings as requested and in advance for recurring meetings.
- To prioritize conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on behalf of Director.
- To identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the chairman for meetings, appointments, presentation, etc. and follow up inward and outward requests for information, outstanding reports and correspondences.
- To serve as a liaison to the senior management teams, organizes and co-ordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects.
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Good observation skills and ability for multi-tasking.
- Good in communication and negotiation skill.
- Carrying out specific projects, doing research and budgeting which assigned by Director, example, new branch management.
- Providing support to the Director in managing personal tasks on an ad hoc basis;
- Recording and submitting monthly expense claims.
- Providing ad-hoc corporate administrative support. Examples of this support are coordinating and tracking HR responsibilities, coordinating training, minute taking, and etc.

**Requirement**:

- Good with Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point.
- Experience in project management is an added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Good team player with strong business sense and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, can-do attitude, result-oriented, innovative and forward thinker is a must have
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management skills, proven successful track record of managing multiple projects
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferable Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Able to work during weekend and outstation

**Maintaining Personal Assistant Development**

PAs manage and source resources and conduct research, so need to be well informed, and internet savvy and also need to keep up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and industry best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
